KINESIOLOGY HEALTH BALANCE
A truly holistic therapy using muscle testing as a form of biofeedback to identify imbalances within the body's energy system. Each muscle corresponds to a specific organ, gland or meridian (energy pathway) in the body. We use acupressure, lymphatic massage, nutrition, reflex points and Bach flower remedies to restore balance and promote healing for acute or chronic conditions.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Warm oil is used to massage the upper back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp. This incredibly relaxing treatment provides relief from tension, helps to improve concentration and also promotes healthy hair and regrowth.

Using Reiki natural healing, this treatment aims to restore balance in the entire chakra energy system. Award winning Chakra Tuning Forks by Jonathan Goldman are used to balance and align the chakras. This gentle yet powerful treatment helps to clear energy blockages that may be causing imbalance and dis-ease, aiming to leave you feeling grounded and restored.

Based on Japanese Shiatsu, this popular no oil massage is performed on a massage chair through clothing. We aim to unblock the energy pathways of the body so that vital Ki (life force) energy flows freely once again.

Marie-Claire uses her hands in harmony with nine smooth,individually shaped, heat releasing volcanic stones. The stones are an extension of the hands to rebalance the body’s energy and relax muscles.
Help reduce stress and tension with the ancient art of foot Reflexology. By massaging reflexes on the feet that correspond to different parts of the body, this treatment may help improve circulation, aid detoxification and boost immunity.

We may use acupressure, lymphatic massage, nutrition, reflexes and flower remedies during a treatment.
AROMATHERAPY UPPER BODY MASSAGE
& CHAKRA BALANCE
A soothing and relaxing upper body massage including the back, neck, shoulders, scalp and arms using essential oils. This massage uses Swedish massage techniques that are tailored to your needs.. A full Chakra Balance is also included for physical and emotional wellbeing.

BESPOKE EMOTIONAL REMEDIES
Using the best quality Bach Flower essences from Healing Herbs, we make every essence according to the original instructions of Dr Edward Bach. Each essence is made using pure spring water and French brandy. During an online session, we use remote muscle testing to explore which blend of remedies will be most appropriate for your needs. A personal blend is then made up and posted out directly to you or available for collection from our clinic.
